How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an Australia Post tracking code so you can follow its progress.

Do you offer bulk order discounts for schools, chess academies, etc.?

Yes, we do. Please contact us directly and we’ll be in touch to discuss your requirements.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days via Australia Post.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout, based on your order and location.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes — all orders include tracking details once shipped.

Returns & Refunds

How do I request a return?

Contact us with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

No, we don’t offer change-of-mind returns. However, if the item arrives damaged and has not been used, we can accept a return.

What if I receive my item damaged?

Please contact us immediately with photo proof of the damage. We’ll initiate the return process and refund your money promptly.
